Armagnac cocktail

Un Armagnac Perfect pour un réveillon parfait  !

3 cl Armagnac VSOP ou XO
1.5 cl sirop de sucre
4 à 6 traits Angostura bitter
Champagne
Zeste d’orange ou de citron

Verser tous les ingrédients, sauf le champagne et le zeste d’orange, dans un verre à pied élégant et mélanger en faisant tourner le verre. Remplir de glaçons puis ajouter le champagne. Remuer délicatement avec une cuillère à mélange. Exprimer un zeste d’orange et le plonger dans le verre.

An Armagnac Perfect for a perfect New Year's Eve !

3 cl Armagnac VSOP or XO
1.5 cl sugar syrup
4 to 6 drops Angostura bitters
Champagne
Orange or Lemon zest

Pour all the ingredients except the champagne and the orange zest into a champagne flute and mix by turning the glass. Add ice cubes then add the champagne. Stir delicately with a bar spoon. Take a strip of orange zest and add to the glass.
