Aged Armagnac sorbet

Ingredients for 6 people :
- 1/2 l syrup,
- 2 glasses of Armaganc (old),
- 1 teaspoon of young Armagnac.
Add the old armagnac, then the teaspoon of young armagnac to the 1/2 l of syrup and churn at the last minute before serving in glasses or ice cream goblets that have been in the freezer for 1 hour. If you want to emphasise the aromas of the old armagnac, add a few drops of spirit vinegar instead of the young armagnac.
